Shania Kiafar

Shania joined RowanOak Private Wealth Counsel in 2024 as the Executive Assistant to Paul Rowan. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from McMaster University, providing her with a solid academic foundation for her role. Entering the private wealth management field, Shania has a unique blend of experience, and skills acquired from years of working in the hospitality industry, where she developed exceptional customer service and social skills.

Shania has been a resident of Oakville since 1997, with eight formative years of her childhood spent in Perth, Australia. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for different cultures and taught her valuable adaptability skills, allowing her to grow beyond her initial confines.

Previously, Shania has run a successful online Etsy shop. This venture played a significant role in developing her business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. These skills complement her role at RowanOak by providing her with practical business experience and have also provided a valuable component to her professional growth.

In her free time, Shania has a passion for crafting, riding motorcycles and spending time with her puppy Oakley. She is also furthering her professional qualifications by working towards obtaining her Canadian Securities Course license.
